Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellation

• Cancellation is not available through the app or website. You must reach out to our customer support team directly.
• Once you contact customer care with your cancellation request, our team will review and process the refund accordingly.

1.2 Price Lock

Once an order is placed, the gold price is locked at the market rate at the time of purchase. Any subsequent changes in gold prices will not affect your confirmed order.

2.1 Eligible Refunds

• Refunds are applicable for orders cancelled through our customer care team.
• Technical errors or duplicate transactions will be refunded in full.
• Payment failures or errors from payment gateway issues will be reversed automatically within 5-7 business days.

2.2 Refund Processing Time

• Once customer care approves your cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Bank processing times may vary and can take an additional 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.

2.3 Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Any transaction charges or gateway fees are non-refundable.
• Refund eligibility is subject to customer care team's review and approval.

3.1 Selling Your Gold

• You can sell your digital gold holdings at any time through the app.
• The selling price will be based on the current market rate at the time of sale.
• Once a sell order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

3.2 Payment for Sold Gold

• Proceeds from gold sales will be credited to your registered bank account.
• Payment processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
• Ensure your bank details are accurate and updated in your profile.

3.3 Physical Delivery

• Physical delivery of gold coins or bars may be requested (subject to minimum quantity requirements).
• Delivery orders are non-refundable once initiated.
• Shipping charges are applicable and non-refundable.
• Delivery timelines: 7-14 business days depending on location.

4.1 Failed Transactions

• If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, please wait for 24 hours for auto-reversal.
• If the amount is not reversed within 24 hours, contact our support team with transaction details.

4.2 Duplicate Charges

In case of duplicate charges for the same order, the extra amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 business days. If not, please contact us immediately.
